ROAD TO THE CUP CONTEST – OFFICIAL RULES

This Contest begins on April 30, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. MST (“Contest Start Date”) and closes on June 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MST (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period are not eligible.

This Contest is sponsored by Smitty’s Canada Inc. and Labatt Brewing Company Limited (collectively, the “Sponsors”).

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are of legal drinking age at the time of entry, excluding employees of Smitty’s Canada Inc., Labatt Brewing Company Limited, their respective affiliates, licensors, associates, advertising and promotional agencies, prize partners, and those with whom they are domiciled.

1. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter the Contest using one of the following methods:

i) MySmitty’s Rewards Entry (Primary Method)
Sign up for MySmitty’s Rewards → 500 entries
Redeem first Burger & Beer Combo offer ($24.99) → 5,000 entries
Redeem second Burger & Beer Combo offer ($24.99) → 10,000 entries

The second offer will only be made available after the first offer has been redeemed.

Limit of one (1) completion of each action per person.

2. PRIZE

There is one (1) Grand Prize available consisting of:

Two (2) tickets to a FIFA World Cup 2026™ match in Toronto
Round-trip economy airfare or travel allowance for winner and guest
Two (2) nights hotel accommodation
$150 CAD spending money (for winner only)

Approximate retail value: $5,200 CAD

Prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable, and has no cash surrender value.

Labatt Brewing Company Limited is responsible for the provision of the Prize only and is not responsible for the administration of the Contest.

3. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

4. PRIZE DRAW

The Grand Prize draw will take place on June 3, 2026, at approximately 1:00 p.m. MST in Calgary, Alberta.

One (1) entrant will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

If the selected entrant does not respond within five (5) business days, an alternate entrant may be selected.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

None of Smitty’s Canada Inc., Labatt Brewing Company Limited, their respective affiliates, licensors, associates, advertising and promotional agencies, or participating locations shall be responsible for any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the Prize.

The selected entrant will be required to sign a declaration and release of liability confirming compliance with these rules and acceptance of the Prize.

The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute the Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

This Contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws. Decisions of the Sponsors are final.

The Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time without notice if required.

The Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical or human errors.

6. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. LIABILITY RELEASE

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Smitty’s Canada Inc., Labatt Brewing Company Limited, their respective affiliates, licensors, associates, advertising and promotional partners, and their respective representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the Prize.

8. PRIVACY

All personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Contest and in accordance with Smitty’s privacy policy.

9. TRADEMARK NOTICE

The FIFA World Cup 2026™ name and logo are trademarks owned by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association. This Contest is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by FIFA.

10. RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION
