At Smitty’s, we’re always cooking up new ideas to make your dining experience better. That’s why, five times a year, we introduce a Test Menu – a special selection of dishes or beverages available for a limited three-week period at select locations.
Here’s why we do it:
Customer Feedback: Your opinion matters! We want to know if these beverages hit the spot and if they’re something you’d love to see more often.
Perfect Pricing: We test pricing to ensure the dishes are as affordable as they are delicious.
Operational Fit: We evaluate how easy it is for our team to prepare and serve these beverages efficiently.
If a beverage proves to be a hit, it could make its way onto our main menu during our bi-annual menu revamp. We refresh the menu twice a year – once for spring/summer and again for fall/winter – bringing in new favourites inspired by your feedback.
