“Smitty’s and Swifties Contest” OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
This Contest starts on August 26, 2024 (“Contest Start Date”) and closes on October 25, 2024, at 11:59pm MST (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period are not eligible. This Contest is sponsored by Smitty’s Canada Inc and High Liner Foods. The contest is open to residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at the age of majority at the date of entry into the Contest and excluding the employees of Smitty’s Canada Inc. and High Liner Foods, and its affiliates, its licensors, associates, and their respective advertising, promotional agencies and prize partners and persons with whom they are domiciled.

Online entry. Visit @smittysrestaraunts on Instagram or Facebook to enter. Follow the page and like and tag a friend for a chance to win the Grand Prize.
2. PRIZE
There is one (1) Grand Prize to be won, containing the following:
· Taylor Swift Concert: Two (2) tickets to the Taylor Swift concert in Vancouver on December 6th, 2024.
· Flights to Vancouver: The winner will receive two (2) round-trip flights from the closest major airport to their residence to Vancouver, British Columbia, and back.
· Hotel Stay: A one (1) night stay at a 3-star or higher hotel in Vancouver on December 6th, 2024.
· Spending Money: A $250 cash allowance for food and local transportation in Vancouver.
3. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning a Prize in this contest are dependent on the total number of valid entries received during the Contest Period.
4. PRIZE DRAWS
Grand Prize: On or before October 27th, 2024, at approximately 1:00 p.m. MST (“Grand Prize Draw Date”) in Calgary, Alberta, one (1) entry will be chosen randomly by a computer, from all eligible entries received for the draw.
Before being awarded a Prize, the selected entrant must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered at a mutually convenient time by telephone or by email. If an eligible entrant is selected but does not respond within five (5) business days of being contacted, the selected entry will be deemed void, and an alternate entrant may be selected in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
GENERAL
5. None of Smitty’s Canada Inc., its affiliates, its licensors, associates, and High Liner Foods, their respective agents or representatives, their respective advertising, and promotional agencies, shall be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in anyway attributable to an entrant’s participation in this Contest or any prizes awarded in the Contest.
6. The entrants eligible to win a Prize will be required to sign a declaration and release of liability confirming understanding, compliance with and acceptance of the Contest rules and acceptance of the Prize and a release of all liability satisfactory to Smitty’s Canada Inc. before being declared a Prize winner.
7. Smitty’s Canada Inc. retains the right, in its absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of a Prize for any reason whatsoever. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash surrender value.
8. This Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws. Decisions of Smitty’s Canada Inc. are final with respect to all aspects of this Contest.
9. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel this Contest at any time without notice if the integrity of the Contest is impaired in any way. Decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all participants with respect to all aspects of this Contest. None of Smitty’s Canada Inc., its affiliates, its licensors, associates, advertising and promotional partners shall be responsible for printing, distribution, or production errors. Smitty’s Canada Inc. is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Contest Rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the fulfillment of the Weekly Prizes or Grand Prize.
10. Smitty’s Canada Inc. retains the right in its absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of any Prize for any reason whatsoever. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
11. By accepting a Prize, winner’s consent to the use of their names, personal information and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes related to this Contest by Smitty’s Canada Inc. without further compensation.
12. The right is reserved to suspend, withdraw, or terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice.
13. By entering this Contest, entrants agree to hold harmless Smitty’s Canada Inc., its respective affiliates, licensors, associates, advertising and promotional partners, participating locations, Labatt Brewing Company Ltd., and their respective agents or representatives against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of: (i) entrants participation in this Contest; or (ii) the receipt or use of any Prizes awarded therein.
14. All personal information submitted will be used for the purposes of administration of this Contest.
15. Contest closes at 11:59 p.m. MST on October 25th, 2024.
