The holidays are here, and so is Santa Smitty’s 12 Days of Giveaways! For 12 magical days, we’re giving away incredible prizes to our amazing guests, all you have to do is visit our instagram account @SmittysRestaurants and follow the rules on each days post.

“12 Days of Giveaways” OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

This Contest starts on December 9, 2024 (“Contest Start Date”) and closes on December 20, 2024 at 11:59pm MST (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period are not eligible. This Contest is sponsored by Smitty’s Canada Inc. The contest is open to residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at the age of majority at the date of entry into the Contest and excluding the employees of Smitty’s Canada Inc., and its affiliates, its licensors, associates, and their respective advertising, promotional agencies and prize partners and persons with whom they are domiciled.

1. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

1.     Visit @smittysrestaraunts on Instagram to enter. Follow us, tag a friend and share the post for a chance to win the daily giveaway.

2.     Join our My Smittys Rewards loyalty program, https://smittys.myguestaccount.com/en-us/guest/, to receive an entry. If you are already a member, you are automatically entered for the daily prize. To get an additional 100 entries, a member can dine with us any day during the 12 Days of Giveaways to win the daily prize.

2. PRIZE

There is one (1) Prize to be won daily.

Day 1 – December 9, 2024: Matching AirPods 4 ($500 value)
Day 2 – December 10, 2024: $500 Petro-Canada Gas Card
Day 3 – December 11, 2024: Breakfast for a Year (600 value)
Day 4 – December 12, 2024: Sony PS5 ($480 value)
Day 5 – December 13, 2024: $500 WestJet Gift Card
Day 6 – December 14, 2024: Espresso Machine ($500 value)

3. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning a Prize in this contest are dependent on the total number of valid entries received during the daily contest period.

4. PRIZE DRAWS

Daily Draws: Every day from December 10th – 21st, 2024 at approximately 11am MST (“Daily Giveaway Draw Date and Time”) in Calgary, Alberta, one (1) entry will be chosen randomly by a computer, from all eligible entries received for the draw.

For example, the December 9th draw will occur the following day (December 10th) at approximately 11am MST in Calgary, Alberta.

Before being awarded a Prize, the selected entrant must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered at a mutually convenient time by telephone or by email. If an eligible entrant is selected but does not respond within five (5) business days of being contacted, the selected entry will be deemed void, and an alternate entrant may be selected in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

GENERAL

5. None of Smitty’s Canada Inc., its affiliates, its licensors, associates, shall be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in anyway attributable to an entrant’s participation in this Contest or any prizes awarded in the Contest.

6. The entrants eligible to win a Prize will be required to sign a declaration and release of liability confirming understanding, compliance with and acceptance of the Contest rules and acceptance of the Prize and a release of all liability satisfactory to Smitty’s Canada Inc. before being declared a Prize winner.

7. Smitty’s Canada Inc. retains the right, in its absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of a Prize for any reason whatsoever. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded.  No cash surrender value.

8. This Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws. Decisions of Smitty’s Canada Inc. are final with respect to all aspects of this Contest.

9. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel this Contest at any time without notice if the integrity of the Contest is impaired in any way. Decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all participants with respect to all aspects of this Contest. None of Smitty’s Canada Inc., its affiliates, its licensors, associates, advertising and promotional partners shall be responsible for printing, distribution, or production errors. Smitty’s Canada Inc. is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Contest Rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the fulfillment of the Weekly Prizes or Grand Prize.

10. Smitty’s Canada Inc. retains the right in its absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of any Prize for any reason whatsoever. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

11. By accepting a Prize, winner’s consent to the use of their names, personal information and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes related to this Contest by Smitty’s Canada Inc. without further compensation.

12. The right is reserved to suspend, withdraw, or terminate this Contest at any time without prior notice.

13. By entering this Contest, entrants agree to hold harmless Smitty’s Canada Inc., its respective affiliates, licensors, associates, advertising and promotional partners, participating locations, and their respective agents or representatives against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of: (i) entrants participation in this Contest; or (ii) the receipt or use of any Prizes awarded therein.

14. All personal information submitted will be used for the purposes of administration of this Contest.

15. Daily contest/giveaway closes daily at 11:59 p.m. MST from December 9, 2024 to December 20, 2024.
