Experience in labor scheduling, cash management, ordering and customer service management is essential for consideration



Restaurant Supervisor

Position requires 1-2 years of FOH/BOH Restaurant Supervisory experience in full service, QSR or food handling retail environments. Experience in shift/floor management including cash, service and labor control is required, experience in food cost and kitchen management will also be considered.



Kitchen Manager

SHARE

Position requires 2-3 years of Kitchen Management/Supervisory experience in a Full Line kitchen environment. Experience in Food Cost and BOH labor management is essential. Must have high volume BOH experience including scheduling, ordering, food handling, and line expediting. Must be able to develop and maintain a BOH environment that meets all Food Safe and H.A.C.C.P. criteria.
